• ArtEXPO does not claim ownership of your creations but also does not take any responsibility for verifying originality or legality of user-submitted content.

• If a copyright or IP dispute arises, it is entirely between you and the complainant. ArtEXPO reserves the right to remove listings if a violation is reported or proven.

3. Prohibited Content & Products

You may not upload, promote, or sell:

• Infringing or stolen works.

• Hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive content.

• Counterfeit goods.

• Products violating any local, national, or international law.

4. Platform Services & Subscription Plans

ArtEXPO provides:

• A vibrant marketplace to list, sell, and discover handmade, vintage, and tech-infused artistic creations.

• New tools coming soon: 3D model viewer, Figma file previews, product video support, and Printful integration for seamless print-on-demand fulfillment.

4.1 Subscription Plans

ArtEXPO offers flexible seller plans to support creators of all sizes:The Free Plan is perfect for hobbyists. Professional sellers or shops with larger inventories are encouraged to upgrade to ensure uninterrupted product listings and growth potential. 

5. Account & Usage

• Users must be 18 years or older.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• ArtEXPO may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, spam the platform, or commit fraud.

6. Fees & Payments

• Subscription fees are charged based on your chosen plan. Product limits are enforced according to your plan’s allowance.

• Additional commissions or service fees may apply to transactions, disclosed before checkout or product publishing.

• Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers. ArtEXPO is not responsible for delays, holds, or issues with payment processors.

7. Changes to Terms

ArtEXPO reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notices.

8. Limitation of Liability

ArtEXPO is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages.

• Disputes between users.

• Product defects, misrepresentation, or delivery issues.

• Any copyright or intellectual property claims brought against your content.
